One month has passed
since my arrival in Ourense, and during this time I dealed with many
changes that sometimes wasn’t as expected.
Joao and me, we
spent about one week in Extremadura for the formation at the arrival
with many other EVS volunteers, and was a really intense and funny
experience!
I really enjoyed the
day of the visit to the “Parque Nacional Monfragüe”, that runs
from east to west along the valley of the River Tajo, with impressive
peaks and biodiversity.
We could admire lots
of vultures, flying around the top of the rocky mountains, and visit
the “Centro de Interpretación de la Naturaleza” that gave us an
interesting view about the changes of the territory and its impacts
on the wildlife.
During this period
of formation I had the opportunity to meet many other volunteers,
that are doing their EVS around the country, and to share our first
impressions and expectations about our projects.
Hope to meet again
at least some of the other volunteers and wish you good luck!
Franco.
